The small friendly Yoga groups are suitable for all abilities, and beginners are welcome. We aim to improve our flexibility and strength, and we focus on the breath to reduce the effects of stress to improve our well-being. Group members benefit from the personal attention of our excellent teacher Veronika Pena de la Jara.
Members pay for 6 weeks in advance and the cost varies, depending on numbers. We offer a free taster session before you need to subscribe to a class.
