Pilates 1

Convenor

Tina Rowden Taylor

Pilates is a form of exercise focusing on core strength, posture, balance, flexibility and co-ordination. Additional benefits are body and breath awareness, stress relief and overall mental wellbeing.

Pilates is suitable for people of all ages and all levels of fitness. The session includes a standing warm-up with the main part of the session being mat-based.

Everyone is encouraged to work to a level they feel comfortable with and our tutor Wendy is always happy to answer any questions you may have.

We have 2 Pilates Groups which are at different times on Tuesday mornings, normally at the Bridges Centre, Monmouth but relocated to Mitchel Troy Village Hall while Bridges in unavailable.

For all members payment of £30 will be taken every four weeks – adding up to only £7.50 per session.

Please contact the Convenor via the button at the top of the page.
