Walk: Hill walking (dog-friendly)

The dog-friendly group walks the wonderful countryside of south-east Wales and the Marches, and also visits lovely towns such as Crickhowell and Ludlow.
  • Distance will be between four and nine miles, usually taking around four hours
  • The pace will be moderate
  • There will be stops on the way
  • Walks will only take place in fine weather
  • There will usually be a steep climb at some stage, but nothing too strenuous
  • Walkers must ensure they are fit enough
  • Bring a packed lunch and something to drink
  • You need to be a member of U3A
New members are required to read the Walkers Risk Assessment and Advice which is on the u3a website, and to send the disclaimer form email to the convenor to confirm that they have read it and accept it.
