Peter is a member of the Friends of Monmouth Library Chess Group,
There are spaces for a few more players. They would like to invite u3a members to join them. It’s a mixed ability group so anyone, at any level, is welcome.
Peter says ‘Join our friendly and welcoming Chess Group at 11.00am every Monday morning in Monmouth Library and now also at 7.00pm every Thursday evening in Mitchel Troy Church. Exercise for the mind and good fun. None of us will be challenging Magnus Carlsen any time soon!’
