For those that haven’t been the Bistro is a small restaurant which only opens Thursday – Saturday, run by the very enthusiastic Prae Hamilton. It has been established for more than 20 years but, despite this, is often overlooked as it is tucked away in Swan Court up a side alley to Church Street.
