Tai Chi / Qigong is one of the foundations of Chinese Medicine, Qigong can be practised standing or seated so suitable for all abilities.
The group meets every Tuesday from 3 – 4 at the accessible, and plenty of parking, Rockfield Community Centre. Cost will be £8 if we can get 15 people to attend the session to make it viable.
