Frances has pointed out discussions to relocate Monmouth Library to the Shire Hall. There is some concern that the new venue does not offer enough space.

Frances would like to appeal to the U3A membership to engage by considering the following action if possible:

1. Filling in the Mon Life questionnaire available in the Library and Shire Hall (hard copy)
2. Visit the Library, if you don’t already do so, you might be amazed at the range of activities and services there and you can view the current art exhibition.
3. Join if you haven’t already done so
4. Support the Friends of Monmouth Library in their endeavours and spread the word among friends and colleagues that the Library/Hub needs support.

The questionnaire needs to be filled in by 9th Feb so don’t delay.
