Having spent some time researching his own family, Dale thought it might be interesting to see what could be discovered about the history of his Edwardian family home. Over the Covid period he spent some time looking at the house deeds and local historic maps. He soon discovered the relationship between Kingscot and the neighbouring Georgian property known today as Chapel House. He set about seeing what he could find out about the associated families ….

This talk will provide an overview of what he has found out to date, touching on some aspects of our history and highlighting a few of the characters involved.
