Matthew Bourne’s Sleeping Beauty

2 March @ 13:30 - 15:30

Matthew Bourne’s Sleeping Beauty at the Bristol Hippodrome reawakens, celebrating 10 years since its premiere at Sadlers Wells, when it became the fastest selling production in the company’s history.

Meeting arrangements

The coach is leaving at 11 o’clock (Please arrive by 10.50)

The coach is collecting us from the lay-by in Blestium Street, in Monmouth (see the map below).

This is the road that runs from the new Monmouth Bridge to the old Bridge with the arch.

Between the two river bridges is a large pay and display carpark (where they hold the Friday market). The lay-by is on the roadside of the carpark, looking across the delivery entrance of Waitrose. Not far from the public toilets opposite Handyman House.

I will be giving out the tickets on the coach. The production starts at 2.30 and runs for approximately 2 hours 20 minutes.

Mo and I will be walking down to the dock side for lunch – anyone is welcome to join us. Just let us know as you get off the coach.

The coach will leave Bristol at around 1700 (when everybody is back on board). We should be back in Monmouth around 1745. The dropping off point is the same as the collection point.
