First Aid Workshop with the Red Cross (morning session)

It’s essential that we are all confident in basic First Aid.

Jo Handley has kindly found this Red Cross workshop which will take us through the basics that could help us save a life. Running from 10.00 – 11.30 in Bridges Centre on Friday 19th April.

What is a first aid workshop?

The workshop is not accredited, but is a simple way to improve your first aid knowledge and build confidence. Numbers are limited to 15 only so that we can all have a good hands-on experience
