Art Friends Gwent have a lecture at the Lysaght Institute in Newport on 27th Feb at 11.00am by Dr. Shelley Hales, University of Bristol.

The intriguing title is The Once and future dead; classical fashions for Victorian Cemeteries. Dr. Hales is a lively and interesting speaker and her talk on the Parthenon Frieze last year proved popular.
