u3a member Phil Hewitt’s career has spanned five decades working in multimedia design & production studios. Using film, video, photography, soundscapes, animation and interactive multimedia, Phil and his colleagues have dramatised the stories of some of the UK’s most prestigious household names. This presentation is a rollercoaster ride through those audience experiences and the behind-the-scenes technologies that produced them. Expect audacious ideas, lots of burning midnight oil, but always, always “It’ll be alright on the night”.
