“As a conventionally educated scientist, I had a well-established and predictable career here in Monmouth” Linda tells us. “Having always had an interest in photography, I was intrigued when the first consumer digital camera was launched in 2003. I took the plunge. By today’s standards it was a toy, but it offered a whole world of creative imagery, graphic presentations and web design; a dramatic new art form based on mastering this fast-evolving technology.”

Linda’s presentation chronicles her entirely different life and career path, with real adventures travelling in five continents, and amazing stories to tell, profusely illustrated by a formidable portfolio of award-winning photographs.
